When writing this story, I went back and read some texts from Alexa and all of the texts from Isabel. The full (but quick) relationship with Alexa is so extensive and too much to go into. It’s really exhausting just reading some of our conversations. On my birthday and the day after, Alexa was saying she needed to set me free because she was hurting me. Although I did let her believe I was really upset, she never actually hurt me. I had put away my ego by then and was trying hard to be unguarded and sincere.
